· Customers must have valid ID 21+ or 18+ w/rec
· The person placing the order must be the person who receives the order
· Orders cannot be delivered unless you are physically at the address being delivered to
· Only new $100 bills with the blue stripe will be accepted
· Drivers carry $20 or less in change, please plan accordingly or ask for change when ordering.
· Orders placed between 4pm and 6pm may take up to 2 hours for delivery depending on traffic. You can also make an appt to avoid this inconvenience.
· If for some reason you need to cancel your order or won’t be home when the driver arrives, please contact us ASAP so we can reschedule. Drivers can only wait 5-10 minutes before continuing on their route
· If you’d like to save 10% on each order, schedule delivery for the next day
Exchanges on Defective Items
Due to State Regulations, we are limited in what we can do when a product is damaged or defective. The law requires that Cannabis Products be properly destroyed, and some distributors we purchase products from will not take responsibility for defective items. In our efforts to follow the law AND provide the best customer service possible we will always do our best to resolve any defective item issue, whether it be an exchange or credit to your account with NorCal. We HIGHLY recommend checking your order within the first hour of receiving it to ensure accuracy & proper functioning.
We have a 24-hour exchange policy on most cannabis products including: vape cartridges, disposable vapes, tinctures, oils, edibles, and concentrate. The packaging MUST NOT be opened or damaged in any way if you wish to exchange the item. We understand that in some instances the products must be opened to determine if they are defective; because of this, exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis for products that have obviously not been consumed. (NOTE: This list does not contain flower, because we DO NOT exchange flower. Please be sure to review product descriptions for flower on our website prior to purchasing.) We encourage you to test out these items when you receive them so that if there is anything wrong, we can amend the situation immediately. After 24 hours we cannot exchange any items.
