We all remember the quintessential pan of brownies with the good "Good stuff" baked right in. They were sometimes dry or contained the occasional fragment of bud...not perfect, but designed to get you HIGH. Sometimes we even got creative and added chocolate chunks or Oreo cookies to maximize the chocolate flavor and offset the flavor of the amateur infused butter we made.
We'd eat a brownie or two and wait to see what kind, or how deep of an effect we were going to get. Usually it ended with us stoned off of our asses...in a somewhat nonfunctional way.

Full dinners (entrée and sides)

Not only has the edibles industry created an outlet for culinary artisans, it has created a space in the Cannabis market with incredible value. Todays dispensary menus would be incomplete without an edibles section.
I will never knock a homemade edible...I will always have a soft spot for them. However, I tip my hat to the retail edible arena for keeping it exciting out there in the Cannabis world. -T
